Another amazing race ( @mentalhealthmatters_nc ) in Charlotte to spread positivity and joy!
This idea came from a personal experience a few months ago when I lost a good friend to suicide. I had thought about reaching out to him shortly before it happened, but never did, and that’s something that still stays with me. Since then, I’ve promised myself to reach out whenever someone crosses my mind and remind people that they matter. The costumes were meant to represent the emotions we all carry, whether we show them or not.

Week 14 of running every run club in Charlotte
On a very special edition, we have @madmilesrunclub for their 6-year anniversary! We celebrated the entire week by going to all of their run clubs of the week, safe to say we had a time!
Mad Miles is the biggest run club in the world and a staple in the Charlotte Running community, inspiring run clubs all over!
This was my first ever run club, so you know I had to do something special.

Running the Charlotte Spartan 5K!
This is definitely more than a mental game but I had an absolute blast participating! Truly a fun challenge and a great change of pace from my ordinary runs. Highly recommend a Spartan Race to all runners and challengers.
