The week long legislative internship experience at the National Assembly has truly been one for the books. From insightful sessions and engaging conversations to real-time exposure to governance, policy, leadership, history, and communication, it has been an enriching and unforgettable experience for our Associates at HerCademy Leadership Institute.✨ We are deeply grateful to the Office of the Deputy Speaker @officeofthedeputyspeaker_hor particularly Chief of Staff @hartng1 , Special Adviser policy @stephaabdul , other aides, staff members, and everyone who contributed to making this experience impactful and successful. Your support, knowledge, and hospitality meant so much to us. To our amazing Associates thank you for showing up fully, learning intentionally, and embracing every moment. Your passion, curiosity, and commitment to growth have been inspiring to witness. And of course, a special appreciation to our founder, Chief Mrs @osasuigbinedionogwuche for being the brains behind this vision. To our partners at the @swissembassyabuja we say a big thank you! Last but not least, the TOS Foundation and the TOS TV team members whose dedication behind the scenes made this entire experience possible. Here’s to more growth, more impact, more opportunities, and more women boldly stepping into leadership spaces. ✨ Graduation details coming soon… stay tuned. #HerCademy #LeadershipInstitute #WomenInLeadership #NationalAssembly #tosfoundationafrica

Last week, I joined the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Women's Health, Dr. Adanna Steinacker, @dr_adanna at the launch of Mr. President's 'Saving Our Mothers Initiative'. At @tosfoundationng we're committed to working with partners such as @renew__her to improve women's access to quality healthcare nationwide. No woman should die giving birth and no one should lose a child due to their geographical location or social economic status. This is why in partnership with the Nigeria Governers Spouses Forum, we've also invested personal funds in equipping Primary Healthcare Centers across the six geopolitical zones. We are of the strong belief that when we save our mothers, we're saving our nation. #RenewHer #WomensHealth #MNCH #TOSFoundationAfrica

I have always believed that the solutions to Africa’s developmental challenges lie within us. Honored to be selected as an Archbishop Desmond Tutu Leadership Fellow, joining a cohort of visionary leaders committed to the continent’s transformation. This fellowship is a vital space to sharpen the skills necessary to build robust, sustainable systems across our nations. Deeply grateful for the warm congratulations pouring in. The work continues.

This week, I had the privilege of sharing my experience campaigning for the passage of the Reserved Seats for Women Bill which is still waiting to be voted on at the National Assembly alongside 43 other Constitution amendment bills. During the fireside chat organised by Policy Innovation Center, I engaged with the 6th cohort of the Gender and Development Course (GDC) 2026 which was made up of a room full of leaders committed to shaping a more inclusive future. We had an honest and practical conversation on “Advancing Gender Policy: Lessons from the Reserved Seats Reform Bill” — not as theory, but as a lived, ongoing effort to transform representation in Nigeria. Gender equity is not a side conversation. It is central to governance, to development, and to the future we are building. Grateful for the opportunity to share, to learn, and to continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible for women in leadership. The work continues. #ReservedSeatsForWomen #NigeriaRisesWithHer #WomenInLeadership #GenderPolicy #PublicLeadership #HerCademy

We are proud to spotlight @osasuigbinedionogwuche Osasu Igbinedion as a Cultural Ambassador for Art for Ability 2026. As a leading voice in media and storytelling, her role is instrumental in amplifying meaningful narratives and shaping conversations that inspire lasting change. Art for Ability reflects this vision; providing a dynamic platform where the stories of resilience, creativity, and innovation among persons with disabilities are not only told, but experienced. In doing so, it challenges perceptions and fosters a more inclusive society. #TALI26 #TaliArtForAbility26 #CulturalAmbassador #CreativeImpact InclusionMatters
