I recently wrapped up an incredible run as Festival Producer for Synchro System: An African Music Festival by @afriquelikeme
13 hours of non-stop music. 20+ DJs. 2 stages, plus a vinyl listening room curated by @ladydonli . 1000+ guests. Headlined by @only1sarz@billboardca called it a first of its kind for platforming African dance and Afro House music in Toronto.
I’ve lived in Canada off and on since 2006, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. The team, lineup, and guests, really came together and created a historic moment in Toronto, and I couldn’t be prouder!

The video was built around a journal entry from 12 Jan ‘25, and it felt so good to bring it to life visually. These are a few of my favourite frames.
The video was shot entirely on my iPhone 15 Pro and completely unplanned — just another day of documenting the world around me.

Saying goodbye to this job is bittersweet— It’s hard to move on from a good chapter after a great ~3 years, but I’m excited to continue with my story and explore new opportunities in the creative sector.
