I’ve run the Under Armour 10k for the third timeeee!!! And it’ll always remain such a special race to me because it’s the first race I signed up for ever! And for me it marks how much running progress I’ve made over the last 3 years(Can’t even believe it’s been that long).
Forever grateful for the opportunity to be able to run, and to be supported by so many other runners.
Always will be thankful for @team.ultrablack forever promoting black excellence not just in running but wellness. Changed my life in sooo many ways!

“Japa” a slang word with a straightforward meaning, but layered with complex emotions and lived realities.
This film explores the loneliness many Nigerian immigrants experience when they “japa” particularly to Toronto and ultimately calls for collective empathy and compassion.

The good people at @team.ultrablack planned a boxing class in collaboration with @unitedboxingclub and it was an absolute time! The pre workout was intense , the boxing bags were harder than I expected but having a sip of @drinkginny at the end made the whole experience so clutch.
