I did it! This past weekend, I completed my first-ever HYROX Women’s Solo, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the electric energy and support of the crowd to the unique challenge of every station and run, this race is definitely one for the books. I started my training fixated on the metrics: hitting a specific pace, shaving seconds off the Ski Erg, and moving faster through the burpees. The biggest win, though, wasn’t a time on the clock. It was the pride of saying I would do something, committing to the incredible training plan from @kadrianenyia and crossing that finish line. It was a lesson in commitment and resilience. There’s always room for improvement, but for now, I’m celebrating the finish line! Get ready for the photo dump from @fifographer —he truly captured the day! 📸
S I N M I D E L E live at the Octagon Tour - Toronto ✨
Capturing @sinmidele at the Toronto tour felt like such a blessing and a full circle moment. The last time I physically witnessed her sing to a mic live was in high school, leading praise and worship in the school choir so being able to document this - her using her talent as a means to worship & share Gods love through music globally is something that I found truly special!
