As we shape the debut of Black Indigo Orchestra, we returned to @immersivecreatorexperience with @sonyelectronics holding space for us to listen deeper.
The rooms, the tools, the precision - everything was tuned toward feeling, turning technology into a vessel for ritual instead of just sound. Finishing the week with a DJ set is exactly how we like to close out a week of studio sessions.
We’re walking away changed as artists and as a collective. Profoundly grateful to everyone who poured care, time, and trust into this week - thank you.

For anyone wondering what I’ve been up to these past six months — it has been an absolute honor curating and programming one of the best jazz stages in Los Angeles, @somerville.slauson . Alongside my co-director @_bryant , we’ve brought in some of the best musicians in the world and given them a space to express themselves freely through music.
I wanted to share this today in particular, on International Jazz Day, along with a highlight reel of some of my favorite moments of greatness that I’ve had the pleasure to witness inside Somerville.
