2024 went crazy

By the skin of my teeth, that’s a wrap on my NYU Grad Film Thesis, “Why I Am an Anarchist.” Bringing this movie to life was the hardest thing I’ve ever done – I suspect a lot of the crew could say the same, but you wouldn’t know it from the impeccable vibes on this set. We filmed six days mostly exterior in an Arizona heatwave and I never heard one complaint. Like, what? This team (both crew and INCREDIBLE CAST) is in it for the love of the game, and I’ll be eternally grateful to each of you for turning such a hard process into a fun and memorable one. Coming soon! THE FRONT OF THE ROOM It was a magical experience profiling these inspiring choreographers for NYCB’s 2024 Fall Fashion Gala. This was the first program in NYCB history to feature all-women choreographers; and what a happy experience to also mirror that behind the scenes with some extremely talented ladies. Special shout out to Nona Catusanu for giving me the Bob Fosse compositions of my dreams; Andrea Cruz for the vegan cookies and all-night edit sessions; Laura Snow for bringing me this incredible opportunity and making it so seamless; Wren Stark Haven for making it sound beautiful in 2 days; and Emily Wells for conjuring original music magic at a breakneck pace.
