Founded in 2013 by Lauren Atkins (@realblackcatbaby ) as New York City’s first festival dedicated to web series, it has grown into a global event bringing creators together from around the world.

Finally I can put my judginess to good use.
This festival has truly been close to my heart for almost a decade. Chin Up was the first web series from South Africa to be involved and in 2017 I won the award for Best Actress which was huge for me. Winning an award for the thing I love doing in the city of dreams. It was honestly one of the best nights of my life. It also gave me the confidence I needed to pursue another season and get finally get it onto Showmax. So I was only too happy to be invited to join as this year’s jury alongside some extremely impressive actors and filmmakers such as:
