NM3 develops the spatial design for
@stoneisland on the occasion of Milan Design Week 2026, within the context of
@capsule.global in Via Maiocchi 8, Milan.
Conceived as a site-specific intervention, the project translates the brand’s language into a spatial dimension, establishing a direct relationship between materials, construction, and display. Set within a disused swimming pool, the space is defined by a limited number of core elements: a seating system, metal display structures, and a suspended LED wall acting as a technological ceiling, displaying content by
@700x100dotcom and
@behind.products .
The seating, developed as essential elements, is made of powder-coated steel and upholstered with fabrics from STONE ISLAND NO SEASONS, transferring the material qualities of the garments into a new destination of use. In parallel, the display system showcases the outerwear pieces through a modular and repeatable logic.
On display, the NO SEASONS capsule explores Stone Island’s approach to timelessness, shaping new outerwear archetypes through a process of continuation and evolution, rooted in history and yet projected forward.
Developed through a dry-assembly approach, the project reflects NM3’s method, extending product design principles into the spatial domain.
A sound system by
