I’m really lucky to get to sit down and chat with many different Lighting Designers as part of my role with @chauvet_pro so getting the opportunity to capture those conversations and bring them together for this project was fantastic.
In this first episode we’re going to jump straight in by focusing on collaboration. It’s a word that gets used all the time in our industry — but what does it really mean and what does collaboration look like day-to-day from a lighting designer’s point of view.
@pslightingdesign@lucia_sr@catjahamilton and @studio.jet.ltd each share their own perspective on how collaboration shapes the work they make.

Each episode will be around 20-30mins and is built around a theme or question, weaving multiple voices into one shared exploration of a topic. Through relaxed, informal conversations over coffee, we get into the realities of being a lighting designer - from creative process and collaboration to challenges, breakthroughs and everything in between.
