Women of Encore: Isabel’s Journey into Technical Event Management 🎤
Isabel works as a Technical Events Manager, overseeing the technical planning and execution of live events from the very first idea through to the final show. Her path into the industry began with a passion for rock concerts and, in particular, the lighting design that brought performances to life.
What she enjoys most about her role is seeing ideas transform into reality. Isabel loves guiding clients through the entire process and working with her team to turn concepts into real, live experiences. For her, it truly feels like “magic”, made possible through teamwork.

@sheratonfrankfurtairport celebrates “TimeShip: 50 years at the speed of light”
For their milestone anniversary, we transformed the Congress Center into a futuristic spaceship, taking guests on a journey through five decades of Sheraton history.
From holographic LED walls and interactive “time warps” to a 3D avatar guiding the evening and a stunning virtual firework and drone show, every element was designed to surprise and delight. The celebration concluded in the Red Baron Club with a 6m x 6m LED dancefloor, paying tribute to the hotel’s first night club and immersing guests in music, light, and movement.
More than an anniversary, the evening was a journey honouring the past and launching Sheraton into the next fifty years.

A mother and events professional, she is part of our venue partner team in the JBR Cluster, balancing family life with the fast-paced world of events, where no two days are ever the same.
What inspired her to work in event production?
“I have always been drawn to dynamic environments where creativity meets execution. Event production brings both together. You are not just planning something on paper, you are bringing it to life. That combination of creativity, logistics and real-time problem solving is what inspired me to pursue this field.”
