Still riding the wave after an unforgettable Coastal Rowing Camp in Costa Rica
Training for beach sprints surrounded by the ocean, great energy, and incredible athletes has left me feeling full of joy and gratitude. So thankful for the amazing people I got to meet, train with, and welcome into the Next Level Rowing team @nextlevelrowing
This camp was more than rowing. It was connection, growth, hard work, laughter, and the reminder of why we love this sport so much and why I love so much this team.
Grateful for every sprint, every wave, every lesson, and every athlete who made this experience so special. On to the next level. 💙
More to come, can’t wait for next
Thanks @puntaleonacostarica and @federe_costarica for all the help and support @ninibarazarte@dagu18@maaar.estrada

Precious people, pretty Peru 🇵🇪🌈
This trip was my first time in South America, and I already can’t wait to be back 🤓
There’s something about the liveliness and flavor of the place that brings out a sense of lightness in you. The people, culture, food, music. Everything blends in a way that feeds your soul.
Not to mention our daily rounds to Beso Frances 😂💋
So many wonderful memories made during this trip!

Day in the life!!! Of a Music Therapist and aspiring Team USA coxswain!
Trying out this trend to give you all more of an inside view of what my days look like! Rowing, Work, Fitness, Music, and more. The busyness can be a lot to manage on some days but dreams, passions, and people around me keep me motivated and strong! Loving this life and making the most of each day.
Just back from the 5th edition of Copa America in Lima, Peru.
An emotional experience not only because of the results, but because of the incredible athletes who represent @nextlevelrowing and @usrowing , they really deserve everything.
What stands out even more is the lifestyle we share, the energy, camaraderie, friendship, and genuine connection within the team, and with athletes, staff, referees, and the entire beach sprints and coastal rowing community. Thak you all!
The camp and the regattas Beach Sprint, Endurance and ultra during the week made the trip an amazing adventure
Grateful for the people who are part of this journey.
Ready for rock and roll and more dance, we are coming!
📸 @readivision gracias!
4 months ago, I picked up a pair of oars for the first time in my life and stepped into a boat. I did not expect that 4 months later I would be in a beach in Peru having the best time of my life rowing across the ocean with some the most positive and precious people 🌟🌊
I am so immensely grateful to @markusoria@nextlevelrowing for welcoming me into the family and taking me under your wing. You have redefined what it means to be”work hard and play hard”, and somehow manage to turn every workout into a dance party 😆💃🏽
@fernandanunesoly@thalita_rowing@_william_mj_@devi_lockwood 🇧🇷🇪🇨🇸🇾 Rowing in our United Nations boat is one of the peak experiences in my life. It is so beautiful how a sport can unite us all and move as one 🇺🇳 I am looking forward to more opportunities to row together again!
And finally, to all my new friends that I made in this camp. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for each and every one of you ❤️ Every single moment with you guys was a rose moment for sure 🌹 Thank you for shining your light and bringing good energy to every practice and row 🌞
Here’s to more adventures!

Copa America V — Lima!
This sport unites in a way that is rare. I believe that it challenges and frees athletes in a way that’s unique. I’ve seen it heal strained relationships with the sport.
The ocean —
It asks us to cultivate humility.
It demands full presence of mind and heart.
Beach Sprints results: • CW1x gold • CM1x gold • PR Mix 2x bronze • U23 Mix 2x silver
I went back and forth on whether to keep this post light and fun or lean into something more reflective. After two years of boat handling around the world — and three days home from Peru — I keep coming back to how coastal unifies, challenges, and frees.
I’m grateful for every opportunity on the beach.
Went to Peru for my first ever beach sprint race! I have a lot to learn but it’s an exciting starting point for the future. I had so much fun and I’m super pumped for endurance races later this week!
5 years ago this week, we hit up 4 rowers and coaches at the forefront of coastal rowing in the U.S. We didn't know much about it, so we talked wetsuits in winter, race formats, boat design, surfing green waves, and running in the sand.
Rowing Coastal Beach Sprints is making its Olympic debut at #LA28, featuring a sprint through the sand to the boat, 250m row out to a buoy turn, and return to sprint across the finish line on the beach.
