MEET SOME OF OUR CORE EXETER STREET DANCE TEACHERS 💫
1️⃣ BBoy Sheku!!!
BBoy Sheku is a breaker and member of Just4Funk, he is known for his threading style of breaking having the nickname ‘thready Kruger’. He started breaking at 12 years old after seeing some bboys lead a workshop in his school. He trained for years and went to every battle he could to progress and now 15 years later is a 4x Red Bull BC one UK winner representing the UK in Japan, France. Poland and later this year in Canada. BBoy Sheku joined our team in September 2024 and remains our core breaking tutor 💪
2️⃣ Perri!!!
Perri began her journey as a student at Rhythm City and a member of Beat-Breakers. It was here that she discovered her passion for House Dance, quickly building a strong reputation within the UK dance scene. Her talent caught the attention of one of the UKs pioneers, Turbo, who took her under his wing.
Perri went onto win numerous competitions and battles, including becoming a 3-time UDO British House Champion. She was soon reunited by one of the UKs most renowned crews, Konoha, where she battled and performed both nationally and internationally. Perri joined our Exeter team in January 2025 as a Core teacher and the students absolutely their House classes with Perri 🫶
