In two weeks, Ms. Marlowe has gained 10 pounds and has learned many tricks, including sit, wait, no, and "go make a pee pee"! The latter being our super high-pitched voice to encourage OUTDOOR relief. She is super fun, incredibly cuddly, vivacious, not afraid of anything and thinks of herself as the cool kid in the gang. As she rightfully is. She has expanded our household with love and joy. I wish you all exponential love and joy this holiday season! Cheers!
Meet Marlowe Dietz! She arrived today to (our) forever home. What a cutie! Xena and Bodie though are still trying to understand their new world. Marc and I laughed today. Between the three dogs, our son and us there are now 18 legs in this household! So much love here 🥰 (and a lot of work!)
9 years ago I was swimming around aimlessly with my husband, just happy to be together and on our way to nowhere specific (just tying not to get eaten by a shark in the south seas). I would do this again in a heartbeat with my amazing husband. Reflecting today on what is truly important… I love you Marc Dietz! No matter how busy life gets, you are always my best friend that I can’t get enough of. ❤️forever!
And then there were three. Welcome to our household, lil’ pup. We can’t wait to meet you in person on December 9th. Xena and Bodie are anxiously awaiting too (although they have no idea what’s about to happen to their worlds 😂)

The day before Thanksgiving. Oh how I love a mess! My petite gourmet chef French maman used to cook us a feast for 40 when we were only 4 for Thanksgiving. But her rule was the day before was all shellfish, avocados and homemade Dijon mayonnaise. Enough to keep us satisfied, but light enough so we would do justice to her efforts the next day. Here is to you, Mom! I love and miss you tons, but you are still with us each and every day. 😘❤️🤗
