The day before Thanksgiving. Oh how I love a mess! My petite gourmet chef French maman used to cook us a feast for 40 when we were only 4 for Thanksgiving. But her rule was the day before was all shellfish, avocados and homemade Dijon mayonnaise. Enough to keep us satisfied, but light enough so we would do justice to her efforts the next day. Here is to you, Mom! I love and miss you tons, but you are still with us each and every day. 😘❤️🤗
