Joining @waste_be in the studio @muchluvstudio this past month has been so much fun. Itās a treat watching @45__tim work his creative magic with such a talented group of people ā can safely say this upcoming album is gonna be a winner āØ
Just wrapped up drum tracking with my friends of @waste_be and my heart is absolutely full. This record is one Iāve been looking forward to making so badly. As many of you already know, Iām a big fan of these guys and now I get to be a little part of their story.
Drums are already some of my favorite tones Iāve ever captured and I canāt wait to get started on that chunky bass š¶

As 10 years of Much Luv Studio are coming up real quick I figured itās time to liven things up again here on the socials and celebrate with you all.
It might have been quiet for a while now, but itās been an extremely busy couple of years in the studio (hence my online absence). In the next couple of weeks, Iāll share some of my recent work, studio insights, and glimpses of how I manage to deep fry audio so itās extra crisp and tasty on your earbuds.

A couple of weeks back I was asked to host a rig rundown episode for @premierguitar x @amenra_official showcasing @lennart_bossu ās rig in full raw tone glory here at my little studio.
I'm super stoked to have been a part of this. It definitely feels like a full circle thing from picking the magazine up over a decade ago and aspiring to become one of the world's shittier guitar players to hosting this rig rundown for one of the greats.

As my beloved @focusrite ISA One is now in the loving hands of Jonas at @goto_eleven , its bigger brother, ISA Two just arrived!

I also took advantage to update/upgrade some of my racks and wiring, so now it sits nicely in between the gorgeous @sslaudio & AEA @ribbonmics pre's.

Man this audio thing can be really confusing sometimes but Iām fortunate to have my in-house counselor @toypoodle_biscuit for all my delicate questions.
Recently the time came to up my preamp/DI game and when Biscuit said āmore SSLā I knew he wasnāt playing around.
So behind him you can see a brand new @sslaudio quad Alpha VHD preamp.
Thatās right, 4 new preās!
Iām absolutely smitten with these, they sound stunning on anything, the DIās are insanely good and the distortion feature š¤¤š¤¤š¤¤
