Today we stepped out of the office for a little dirt meeting as we hiked up to change the American Flag đşđ¸ on the hill in Rancho Bernardo. ANOTHER TECHNICAL LIFE SCIENCE TENANT IMPROVEMENT COMPLETE
While everyone knows the current life science market is highly stagnant, even in San Diego, we just completed a roughly 145,000 SF highly technical lab-office TI in the heart of Sorrento Mesa. With a 60/40 lab-to-office ratio, Vividion Therapeutics (a Bayer company) is now enjoying their state-of-the-art space, supporting their mission to use machine learning tools to advance immunological and cancer research focused on protein targets.
