The project is on track to achieve LEED Platinum certification, and GMC Cx is proud to be part of the team making it happen!

Almost complete! The team is starting to put their finishing touches on the Neurocrine project this last weekend by performing an IST. The campus will include two renovated office buildings, 2 new lab buildings, a recreation center, and a new central plant building. All with an awesome view!

Site walk! The GMC Cx team went to the Torrey Ridge site on Science Center Drive to check out the existing equipment. Equipment included: heating hot water boilers and pumps, air handling units, and lab air valves planned to be salvaged for this project.

Meet Samuel! Sam is a Commissioning Associate here at GMC Cx. His industry experience includes 5 years of LEED/HERS field verification & diagnostic testing. He specializes in helping building owners comply with CA building energy efficiency standards. He's also gained experience working with MEP systems and field testing, including commissioning and acceptance testing.
In addition, Sam has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with concentration in Accounting from California State University San Bernardino. He has in depth experience in HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial construction which makes him a great addition to our team!
