We just made our first cups of the @fincahartmann Geisha Natural Process coffee and it did not disappoint to say the least! This is one of the most amazing cups of coffee I have ever tried. Words simply cannot capture the essence of this complex nose and flavor profile. We tried three different pour overs using 16.5/1 ratio of water to beans but switching up technique, agitation, heating/not heating the @origami_cup and number of pours. All cups were amazing and the flavor opens up significantly if you drink outside, especially on the nose. Thanks to @mlacello for sharing this experience and different techniques and to @proudmaryusa@proudmarycoffee for bringing this world-class coffee to us—I am so thrilled you chose ATX as your newest home!
