🏀Valkyries 2.0—As the Official Salad Partner of the Golden State Valkyries, we’re kicking off season two with a bang. This salad features watermelon, radicchio, and toasted walnut dukkah, all tossed in a preserved lemon mint vinaigrette.
🍜Soba—A savory blend of cold soba noodles with arugula, spicy pickled shimeji mushrooms, and finished with tamari ginger dressing.
🐟Catch of the day— Tamari Salmon is here. Add it to your next DYO or substitute out the protein in a chef-crafted salad. We recommend adding it to the Soba for the ultimate umami salad.
