Min Lew is an award-winning Managing Partner & Executive Creative Director of Base Design NYC (BaseNYC). She partners with founders, directors, and CEOs to build brands that shape culture and create lasting influence across companies, institutions, and organizations. A graduate of Yale University, where she received her MFA, Min brings two decades of experience across culture, tech, luxury, and education. A National Design Award nominee, her work under BaseNYC includes MoMA, Apple, The Hyundai, Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Harvard University, JFK Terminal 4, Pharrell Williams, the Studio Museum in Harlem, The New York Times, Meta, MILK, the Meatpacking District, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, as well as more recent work with 12 Matcha and The Huntington, among others. Min is an active contributor to the design community, serving on the boards of AIGA/NY, NYCxDESIGN, and TDC at The One Club. She is also an adjunct professor and frequent guest critic at the School of Visual Arts, Parsons, and Pratt.
