The Story Club is 6 months old! We’ve had an amazing start to our new adventure, working with agencies @thebeyondway_ on our first proper project for @boylesports and our huge creative campaign direct with @sageofficial as well as just finishing up supporting the agency @specialgroupldn on a new campaign. Its been an emotional, hugely rewarding half a year. Doing things in a fresh, modulated and fully integrated way. Many, many hats have been worn! I’m so thankful for everyone’s help so far. I wont tag them all in here but special shout to my old friend @barnywright who vouched for us on our first job. You have always been a brilliant friend. Sadly i have no photo of you, but you take enough selfies anyway so its fine 😜 We are excited to start a longer term, fractional EP situation back with Beyond next week, and we have capacity to help other independent agencies, studios and companies that want help making things, with care. We were lucky to stumble upon @julietklottrup ‘s work about 3 days before we started filming Sage. We saw her beautiful Tom Misch MV “Sisters With Me” and then did a deep dive into her photography work. She has been integral into helping to create that raw, intimate naturalism we wanted to infuse in the whole campaign. What started as 3 key images ended up being a suite of work across lots of Sage’s business, such was the power and brilliance of her photography Here’s a few selects including 4 national campaign shots and BTS Thank you Juliet ❤️

OUR FIRST WORK EEEEEK 🙏 The Story Club’s first proper project out of the gate; and a whirlwind eight-week turnaround to make a brand launch film for @boylesports ,starring national legend Emily Atack. We provided full production support for Beyond, helping shape the script into something not only creatively fun, but also achievable within a super tight timeline. With just seven days to prep, we seamlessly plugged in our director and full UK crew to bring the film to life. We ran the entire project end-to-end: from early concept development through to final delivery. This included the main film, socials, OOH, and a full stills campaign. We also directed and composed the music, just saying. 💅 And just like Emily herself, we definitely need a lie-down after delivering this one. Belly Flops and Olives 🇬🇷

It’s Wills last week at primary school. Today is his last ever Wednesday there. We got his school report and his SATS last night and he did brilliantly. We were so close to never having this feeling. He was so close to never experiencing a full life. I’m so proud of all the work he’s done and all the shit he has to put up with his health; meds everyday, injections everyday. Hearing aids. Hospital appointments (including one this afternoon) He’s a miracle of a boy and a testament to the power of never giving up 💪
