Yesterday at shots Out of the Box, LA we heard from a host of inspirational speakers and panels. The day was packed with insightful debate and presentations exploring the craft of advertising, creativity and production; where we are as an industry today, where we’ll be tomorrow, and what can make the difference moving forward.
From conversations around how adaptability is essential if we want to keep telling meaningful stories as a community, to the biggest lessons that you can learn as a director; why we shouldn’t just build a brand that people can see, but one that they can recognise even with their eyes closed. How having honest and transparent relationships are key to real progression, and how creating something memorable doesn’t necessarily start with a message, but with a cause.
And above all, how important it is to continue to explore through both personal creative journeys and learning from one another, because greatness is often decided in the final moment.
