The film for
@thedawdlermusic started out as an intentional exhibition to celebrate John's incredible music and as a way of raising money for MSTrust.
@arena.ncl was born as a byproduct of this; a space to celebrate local North East artists who don't fit into the traditional "art" world. The 48 page zine was a way of celebrating the incredible music, photography, and to showcase the behind-the-scenes of the zero-budget project whilst donating all proceeds. I'm so happy to see the project pick up a few awards along the way. Made out of 100% recycled paper, and the magnetic cover is hand screen-printed on GF Smith, Gmund Urban Black Architect 300gsm by George Stewart at
@overlaypress - all proceeds from the zine and photography at the exhibition went to MSTrustUK.
Thank you everyone who attended the exhibition, purchased a print, a zine, or helped support us as a venue in any shape or form (too many to name). It was an incredibly moving evening and amazing to have so many wonderful people under one roof. Thank you
