Sad you missed the Uncle Peckerhead 5-Year Anniversary Roadshow? Well, fear not! This Sunday (3/29) at 7pm @alamonyc (Downtown Brooklyn), we’re closing out @fantastic.fest Fantastic Best Weekend with one final screening (for now), plus a Q&A with all your Peck favs. Come celebrate with us before we go into hibernation to develop our next project. ONE WEEK AWAY, Y’ALL! Who’s coming out to the roadshow? To get ready for next weekend, we combed through old posts and pictures people sent us over the years. And we cried. And cried. And cried some more. Happy tears. We’re a sentimental lot. Putting these events together while working full-time jobs has been a little stressful, but looking back at all those photos and all that love knocked the anxiety right out of us. Now we’re just fucking STOKED. To everyone who watched the movie, rented the movie, stole the movie, told a friend or two, bought a shirt or record, sent us an email or DM, left us a review on @letterboxd (especially the nice ones), shouted us out on Reddit or anywhere else on the WWW, or slapped our sticker up at a bar bathroom... THANK YOU. We love you. We love that we got to make this movie, and the fact that it reached even one person outside our orbit is completely bonkers to us. We really hope to see all y’all next weekend. BLOODY AXE WOUND from @rljefilms and @shudder is in theaters starting TODAY! Please go see it! The cast and crew were SO incredible and totally killed it. (No pun intended) And also check out music featured in the movie from @fivehundredbucks cuz that rules too! Being a part of this film was an incredible experience. From the camaraderie between everyone on set and the late night dailies reviews, to the packed days and racing to finish the film before the strike started. Thank goodness everything went absolutely according to plan every day… Thanks to @kiddynamatt for trusting me and Kyle (again) with shooting the film, to my co-DP @kyle_bullmoose for doing whatever it took to get the shot and being such a fun collaborator, of course to Marshall T Pug and @traitztagram who kept me sane, AND helped with the super 8mm tests!
