What if tomorrow’s city was already built, but asked to be organised, managed, regulated, financed, inhabited differently? A city both familiar, yet radically distinct. As the all-building approach is increasingly challenged—by initiatives such as @houseeurope.eu (@charlottemalterrebarthes , @bplus.xyz ) and longer-standing critiques from @cityofsound or @darkmatter_labs —Déjà Vus is a journey into a near-future already present. It explores what it would mean to redefine design and architecture in the already-built city through reorganisation, re-governance, and re-inhabitation. 🏙️ Dernier jour pour découvrir ‘Déjà Vus’ dans l’exposition ‘Bâtir des fictions’ — une relecture critique et sensible de la ville contemporaine signée @max.cunin (@build.superworld ) et @severinmalaud . Et si la ville de demain était déjà̀ construite aujourd’hui, 
mais demandait à être habitée autrement ? À travers un dialogue entre photographies et idéaux urbains, Déjà Vus explore cette question et suggère une ville future en transformant ses immatériels — institutions, contrats, codes, monnaies — pour repenser le partage de l’énergie, de la matière et de l’espace. Maxime Cunin et Thomas Krall de Superworld (architectes et designers stratégiques), accompagnés du photographe Séverin Malaud cherchent à explorer comment divers futurs se projettent dans la ville existante, comme une invitation pour imaginer collectivement habiter autrement avec le ‘déjà là’. Bâtir des fictions ✨ Encore quelques jours pour découvrir l’exposition au Magasin de Papier (Mons) jusqu’à ce dimanche 19 octobre. L’exposition explore, entre images et récits, nos manières d’habiter et d’imaginer la ville de demain. 📘 D’un côté, l’autrice Aliénor Debrocq, l’architecte Gérald Ledent et les étudiant·es de l’UCLouvain (LOCI) croisent leurs imaginaires pour inventer de nouvelles façons d’habiter — plus justes, inclusives et durables — entre expérimentations visuelles et récits de fiction. Cette recherche se prolonge dans le recueil Nos utopies coédité par @maisoncfceditions et @ica.wb 🏙️ De l’autre, avec Déjà Vus, @max.cunin de @build.superworld et le photographe @severinmalaud livrent une relecture critique et sensible de la ville contemporaine. Et la ville idéale de demain était déjà là, mais à réorganiser de fond en comble ?
