🇫🇷 En ce jour, le Château de Varennes a été le théâtre d’un mariage qui semblait tout droit sorti d’un conte de fées. Un couple américain tout droit venu de New-York a choisi ce lieu prestigieux pour célébrer leur union et m’ont choisi pour immortaliser leur amour. Entre les éclats de rires, les toasts portés au champagne et les lumières scintillantes du château, chaque détail respirait la perfection, l’atmosphère était clairement à la fête.. La mariée, vêtue d’une robe somptueuse signée par une célèbre créatrice new-yorkaise d’origine israelienne, incarnait l’essence même du raffinement. Les accessoires, tout aussi luxueux, rehaussaient cette tenue spectaculaire avec une finesse exquise, rappelant que l’élégance se niche dans les moindres détails. 🇺🇸 On this day, the Château de Varennes was the scene of a wedding that seemed straight out of a fairytale. An American couple straight from New York chose this prestigious venue to celebrate their union and chose me to immortalize their love. With laughter, champagne toasts and the château’s twinkling lights, every detail exuded perfection, and the atmosphere was clearly festive... The bride, in a sumptuous gown by a famous New York designer of isrealian origin, embodied the very essence of refinement. The accessories, equally luxurious, enhanced this spectacular outfit with exquisite finesse, reminding us that elegance nestles in the smallest details. 🇺🇸 I am grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at Château de Tourreau for @peonymoments . A brief bit of history: the castle’s origins date back to 1612, when a bourgeois family from Avignon purchased the estate and built the first structure and a chapel there. The château we see today dates primarily from the 18th century, having been rebuilt between 1748 and 1770 by the architect Esprit-Joseph Brun. The estate was looted and partially burned during the French Revolution, occupied and damaged during World War II, and then extensively restored in the 20th century. Today, it is partially designated a Historic Monument and has regained all its former prestige. 🇫🇷 Je suis reconnaissant d’avoir eu l’occasion de séjourner au Château de Tourreau pour @peonymoments . Un bref aperçu historique : les origines du château remontent à 1612, lorsqu’une famille bourgeoise d’Avignon acquit le domaine et y fit construire le premier bâtiment ainsi qu’une chapelle. Le château que nous voyons aujourd’hui date principalement du XVIIIe siècle, ayant été reconstruit entre 1748 et 1770 par l’architecte Esprit-Joseph Brun. Le domaine a été pillé et partiellement incendié pendant la Révolution française, occupé et endommagé pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, puis largement restauré au XXe siècle. The impeccably dressed guests vied for attention in outfits carefully selected for the occasion and perfectly chosen accessories, as if they were a natural extension of their energy. There was dancing, laughter, and living life to the fullest, without restraint.
