Feeling like I'm on a secret mission with the new RF7-14mm f2.8-3.5L Fisheye STM. Taking this piece of glass out for a spin felt like a homecoming - Fisheye lenses have been a fixture in my Extreme Sports and BBoy work from the time I started photography!

Limitations and boundaries often act as catalysts for creativity, pushing us to revisit familiar perspectives and reimagine what’s possible within known spaces. That mindset shaped my approach for #ABetterVersion, an open-brief collaborative showcase by @canonsingapore for the launch of the #EOSR50V and #PowerShotV1.
Taking the time to fully immerse ourselves in the environment was key. The shifting of shadows and changing light of day pointed us in new directions and unveiled unexpected inspiration. We chased the perfect shot, but more importantly, embraced the magic of the process.

High speed action and slow motion. Just a couple of my favourite things 😜. Had the opportunity to test the Canon R5 Mark II when it first came out and decided to put it though it's paces with the champs @junnnhands@velvantan and @abdelelahkarroum . No fancy rigs, (on cam monitor was for screen recording) all hand held goodness and the art of not getting hit. Big shout out to @bonchansky for making this happen. My wallet may be lighter, but my heart is fuller.
*Look at the awesome eye AF is on the last few slides. Didn't preregister faces or anything. Just plain ole Whole Area AF and let the machine do the work.
