Sean Farrell, CEO of Trócaire, said: “Young people in Ireland understand that the climate crisis will shape their futures in significant ways. What we are seeing through Game Changers is a generation that is informed, engaged and ready to act. The creativity and insight shown by students this year is remarkable. With 273 entries, the level of competition was incredibly high, and reaching the final is a major accomplishment. These young people are not only learning about global challenges, but they are also stepping up and showing leadership in how we respond to them.” 📸@mark_stedman

Visual artist Fiona Harrington's work is held by former resident Vera Duggan with a needle lace portrait of her late brother Peter Brannigan. Peter’s storytelling and memories were central to the development of the museum at 14 Henrietta Street. Appointed in 2025, Fiona has explored the museum’s history, its architecture, its collection, and the stories of the people who once called the building home. Also anounced today, Dublin’s 14 Henrietta Street museum has been named by the European Commission and Europa Nostra as a winner of Europe’s most prestigious awards for heritage, the European Heritage Award / Europa Nostra Award.
