For the first time in years, guests gathered inside Dreamland’s long-closed Sunshine Café - sharing stories + sunset sea views while @mark.o.brien cooked up something seriously special.

Nomadic’s 8th anniversary celebration promises to be our most extraordinary gathering yet.
This year, we’re thrilled to host MasterChef: The Professionals 2025 winner Gareth Baty, alongside fellow finalists Luke Emmess, Mark O’Brien, and Caroline Kerber — joined by Nomadic’s very own Mario Perez, who competed in this year’s competition.
As with tradition, the menu will remain a secret, adding an extra layer of anticipation and surprise to the evening.

Just two weeks left until I have the honour and privilege to be the first chef to cook in the Sunshine Cafe for 17 years.
We will be cooking up some classic Steakhouse favourites to try to do justice the the most beautiful view imaginable, and we can't wait to welcome you.

Honestly, the response to this was a surprise… and what a fantastic surprise! Originally, we kept the taster night low-key, inviting our loyal regulars from the Wykeham who've joined us for previous tastings—that's why it wasn't widely advertised this time. We've been flooded with messages about bookings, which truly warms our hearts 🙏. Due to demand, we've managed to squeeze out a couple of extra seats—one table to be exact. To keep things fair, we'll be doing a draw. The lucky winner will enjoy an unforgettable dinner for two on us.
