New Spec work for @betterhelp “Grief takes it own pace” My idea for this spec revolves around the truth that all of us have times where we are struggling even in plain sight and often times a busy world can feel incredibly lonely. People all around but no one to really talk to. Thankfully @betterhelp has therapists who can feel like a friend chatting right next to you. No matter where you are you’re not alone. Licensed therapy wherever you are. Thanksgiving 2025 🍁 Our 1st Thanksgiving in ATL and what a blessing it has been. We got to celebrate with our church small group earlier this week and Jaël made an apple pie. We made our first fire in our fireplace today. The vibes are off the charts. Work is always slower in the winter time but God is so close and He is the provider. This has been a season of faith building, late nights of prayer and holding onto peace. We are expectant for what’s to come and for the gold we will discover in this wilderness season. At the end of the day we are grateful for every morning we get together and that’s enough. @jaelmezzano ❤️

Our submission to this years @shotdeck #recreations2025 contest! Thankful for the collaboration of @shotdeck and @sonycine for this years contest and for the help of my good friend @kevinkewley_dp for helping get us the opportunity with our win last year! Reflections are..…hard to replicate. 😆 But we had a ton of fun recreating a shot from this incredible music video from the weekend directed by @antontammi and DP’d by @erikolovhenriksson So thankful to my incredible wife @jaelmezzano for helping me paint our casino carpet, run around with me getting materials and helping on set the day of. Shouts to my amazing DP @dpbari for executing the lighting for this so well along with @lil2young @speedoflightlighting for bringing so much kit to help light our tiny apartment and turn it into a mini casino. We lucked out with having @theweeknd ‘s actual twin come and be a part of the project with @dominusanimus 😂 They say casting is 90% of the battle! A few scenes from Fall Apart by @kymber22haley . I actually had the vision for this song over a year ago I think and it was the first time I wanted to have some VFX in a video. Now, being my first time shooting for VFX….i totally screwed it up hahaha But l managed to salvage it and I think it came out pretty nice and thanks to @pursuethedelicious for doing the extra hard part of putting the stars in Kymber’s eye. Kymber has a gift because on the single tear shot she was able to do that FOUR TIMES in a row on command. Absolutely incredible. I really loved how the Komodo’s dynamic range really shines here and the bokeh from the @irixusa Cine primes is 🤌🏼. Graded with @dehancer.film Overall, I really love this video. I think we all can relate to Kymber’s wonderful lyrics. We all can sometimes feel small, insignificant and alone but the reality is we are much closer to the truest love to ever exist than we think. A T L has been a joy ❤️ Today I got to do BTS photography for @laspalmasstudio on day 1 of their 3 day short narrative production. Powerful stories told by powerful women. Came away feeling incredibly inspired. This shoot was literally 5 minutes from our place. I’ve been incredibly blessed in the short time that I’ve been in this creative atmosphere. Moving from the Redding market to the Atlanta market was…the biggest leap of faith in my life. Having my lovely and incredibly supportive wife by my side as we sailed into the great unknown has been the compass I didn’t know I needed. Boy do I miss my Redding people. Like so much. I’m very excited to be visiting this next week and being able to catch up. I’m also excited to get back and get to work on the biggest projects I’ve ever done.
