Manresa is having a sale! We will be selling our plates, serviceware, flatware, wine glasses, chargers, tables, chairs, select art pieces - and more! Doors to the restaurant will open at 11am on Saturday, January 7th. Sale ends at 6pm (or prior to if all is sold.)

After an incredible 20 years, we share Chef David Kinch’s news that he will be departing Manresa on December 31. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with him as we hope to begin a new chapter for Manresa on January 1 under Partner Jenny Yun. It has been an honor and privilege to work alongside him, and we are so proud of all that we’ve achieved as a team. Thank you @davidkinch for your generosity as a mentor and your unending leadership and commitment in building Manresa into an internationally recognized dining destination. We are so grateful to you for creating a space we could all call home, and we will miss your daily presence in the kitchen and dining room. It’s never too late to celebrate World Ocean Day! We would like to thank @relaischateaux and @ethic_ocean for spotlighting an exciting new theme each year in honor of World Ocean Day and could not be more excited to showcase this year's #SeaweedSymphony! Kombu is the backbone of all of our stocks and sauces and is one of the workhorse ingredients in our kitchen. In our journey to cultivating local and sustainable partners, we are immensely proud of the relationship that has blossomed with our local @losgatoshighschool . When @davidkinch learned about the produce students were growing in the LGHS garden, specifically fava beans, they were incorporated into our signature dish - Into the Vegetable Garden. In return for the students' fresh produce, we contribute to the students' scholarship fund and supply them with our compost to replenish their garden. We can’t think of a better way to foster a sense of place than to incorporate the local Los Gatos community into our menu!
