This Christmas I got to be a little helper 🧚🏾♀️ at Noir Kringle; the UK’s only Black Santa’s Grotto❣️
The children get to make reindeer food, train at Elf School and receive their official Elf license, meet Santa, tell him what they want for Christmas and receive a gift 🦌🎁
Apart from meeting some of the cutest mini elves the North Pole has ever seen, I also LOVED the amount of adults that would sheepishly shuffle over to me and ask if it was ok for them to also take a picture with Santa 😭
In giving children what we wish we had, we’re also giving it to ourselves (our adolescent selves - healing that inner child baybay! 👶🏾)
The details of this experience are so beautiful. From books to gifts cards to snow globes to dolls to wrapping paper to food to the African print on the straps our elf costumes.
