So, I haven’t been advertising the fact that I’ve been getting into endurance training and I promise I won’t start littering your feed with pics of me in bike shorts. What started as some short runs to battle some anxiety I was having has turned into me completing my first Ironman 70.3 in Panama City today. Shit was tough and really tested me. I encourage anyone who’s struggling with stress or anxiety to give endurance training a try. It did wonders for me. Sweat that shit out and breathe. ❤️ #ironman703 follow me on Strava lol
