🔥 Fire element workshop 🔥 tomorrow Thursday 7th May 6.30-8.30pm at @chapterartscentre
Spaces still available! DM @_garddio if you’re interested
🌀The fire element manifests as spirit, energy and community.
🌀 It is passionate, warming and the foundation for societies across the world.
🌀 It is potentially dangerous, and needs a balanced approach to maintain care. Too much control will smother, and too little will allow it to grow wildly or extinguish.
🌀 The fire element can reflect so much of our lives - relationships, burnout, creativity.
🌀 We will explore how embodying these themes feels like in our minds and bodies.
@_garddio / @loneworlds queer winter solstice gathering back last year 🕯🌀
“this time of year can feel a bit shallow and exhausting, but traditionally - and across so many cultures - the winter solstice has been a moment to come together, share warmth, and bring a bit of light into the darkest part of the year.

Yesterdays water workshop was playful and centring - like light water bubbles alongside a deep current 🌊
Next week we’ll be exploring the fire element. Looking at energy, burnout and collective care
In today’s workshop we’ll be exploring the water element 🌊
The water element manifests itself as a flowing state - both as gentle relieving rain, and turbulent stormy seas. Our bodies are around 60% fluids - and water joins our emotional and physical world through tears. It can manifest as continuous movement, stagnation, weightlessness, and submersion. We will explore how embodying these themes feels like in our minds and bodies.
