The final day — and what a journey it’s been.
Tones of Beauty 2025 wasn’t just an event, it was a reminder of the power we hold when we come together in truth, in colour, and in purpose.
Over the past two days, I’ve witnessed stories that moved me, beauty that broke moulds, and energy that’s hard to put into words.
We laughed, we cried, we reflected, we celebrated.
Still processing it all… but deeply grateful.
For the moments, the people, the magic.

101 Years ago an amazing Man was born and I had the greatest pleasure of irritating him. Somewhere along the lines he realised that Omolola was "always a joker" and named me his "Artist Koko". He was a very serious intimidating figure who commanded alot of respect but he also had a wicked sense of humour.
The Aremo Erelu Kuti of Lagos Chief Sir Jaiyeola Maja. The stories of his life are Legendary. I was blessed to sit at his feet and learn so much about what the world was like when he was growing up.
An immensely Proud Nigerian who lived and schooled in England, Scotland Switzerland and America even before desegregation and the Civil Rights Movement. He loved life and flew to Brazil for Carnival every year well into his 70s lol.. It's actually mind-blowing to think of how different the world was from the 1924 to 2017.
I'm honoured to be your daughter and proud to keep your name alive. We miss you.

I was born in Nigeria but raised in London. Growing up I was proudly Nigerian and Proudly British. .
London is possibly the most multicultural place in the world. It allows you to be proud of your heritage while still immersing yourself fully into English life. .
Im so happy that Tega & Tallulah are also Dual Nationals. Both countries are home. We are the children of the commonwealth. It is just as important now as it ever was.
I was honoured to be able to discuss Nigerian the Fashion, Film & TV industries. When you receive any invitation from @Clarencehouse all half term travel plans get cancelled (Sorry kids.. Sorry #lfdw) lol It was amazing to meet both Prince Charles and HRH Camilla. They were engaging and attentive. Can you see my excitment discussing Nollywood with British Royalty! 😁 .
