There is a lot going on in the World , time is also moving so fast and a lot of us may feel like we may be missing out if we don’t quickly do something, struggling to catch up but a lot of us are also mentally drained and burnt out, just because we don’t want people call us weak we keep our mask on and just keep moving instead of resting…
Remember that only you know where it hurts , when you start feeling like you have no purpose here, please try and shutdown and rest, cry and wail if you must and then sleep, you will feel better when you wake up and see things more clearly… Please find even if it is one person that sees you, you need someone you can share your good days and bad days with , surround yourself with a positive supportive community, one that genuinely cares about you ❤️
Be kind out there, you are not the only one going through a tough time, be Kind to people… The other day I smiled and told a dispatch rider ‘Drive Safely’ it was nothing to me but he broke down and said no one has ever told him that and I was surprised at how something so little meant a lot to him…. Let’s be Kind , you don’t have to like someone to be Kind to them, let’s all be human together 🙏🏾
