GYMSHARK CONDITIONING CLUB March 18 My first time at this GSCC location (UN1T Nine Elms) and I was impressed. I loved the run outside between stations to give you some fresh air and it was amazing how many different exercises were able to fit into that space, without any chaos! He symbolizes the perils of the sea and the triumph of human courage over impossible challenges • Lisbon and Porto I haven’t travelled like this in a long time, probably since I was 18, when I first solo-ventured out into Europe. I think the zero in my age has worked some youthful magic back into life! What a great time, meeting authentic people, making new friends, and exploring new heights. Keep em coming world!

I ran my first marathon on New Year’s Day with no training to find out exactly what I am made of! 🌋 My New Year’s resolution was to run a marathon and to stop procrastinating! So I did it day one! EDIT: Follow up video has been posted on what I took away from it, why I did it, and what I learned. It’s not about exercise, I barely filmed it because it was just me against myself - but I got some clips in and I’ll make a video rambling about the recovery and the marathon itself. All I can say is that I underestimated the marathon, but I also underestimated myself! I proved my metal, started the year off with the bar raised, to bring that into everything I do. I was able to finish with a time of 4:20 (heheh) and I was in painful enlightened bliss. Rookie numbers in the grande scheme of things but the fact I finished is a mega achievement in itself. First time at Fitness First Wednesday GymShark Conditioning Club and what a blast! Insane coaching duo with @trainerobi and @anastasiaalice_ — that’s when you know you’re gonna get a killer session. Final montage of 100 Push-Ups every single day in April raising a grande total of £226.70 for Cancer Research UK What a month - this fundraiser did more than just keep me active, it took me to different places, made me some friends, and gave me a sense of belief in what you can achieve with just 10 minutes a day. My physical progress was noticeable and there was definitely a chest transformation that happened. However, that was small compared to the personal growth it gave me! Thank you once again to everyone who supported me, sent messages, contributed, engaged, and who donated! The donations were so much more than I expected and I just really appreciate it all. I am sure we will all be glad to see less push-ups but it was fun while it lasted! POST MARATHON - 100 PUSH UPS A DAY IN APRIL FOR CANCER RESEARCH Some post midnight marathon chats and revealing the song that pushed me through 42.2km It was an amazing feeling watching thousands of people running today seeing their faces as they pushed through the struggle of completing, some first timers and some PB chasers, I actually she’d a tear it was so beautiful. We are at £216.70 today which is so much more than I ever expected so thank you to all the supporters and everyone who has kept encouraging me to keep going. LONDON MARATHON but uno reverse it at midnight 🌙 Signed up yesterday. Smashed Sub-4 ⚔️ a huge improvement from my first marathon distance in January, likely due to all the strength work. My last long run was March 2nd 14km. It makes a huge difference running alongside people. Finished just before 4am What I respect about this midnight edition is that there are no medals, no stations, just you and over a thousand people running the London Marathon in reverse at midnight. Amazing experience; everything happens for a reason.
