Helping men get lean, build muscle and confidence is what I do
… but what really matters to me is the bigger picture; who you become along the way.
Sheku came to me at 130kg, low on energy and not in the best place.
With a simple approach, one intervention at a time and focus on the daily habits and effective training
… now he’s not just healthier, but one of the most positive guys I know!
Same with Team Stronger:
It started as workouts, but it’s grown into a group of men supporting each other in fitness and in life.
That’s the part I love most about coaching. It’s not just about shape - it’s about growth, confidence and connection!
If you’re not sure where to start, reach out. Let’s chat.
DM me “360” and I’ll send you information about my 1:1 coaching
It’s been powerful seeing what the guys have been working on and accomplishing lately!
For some, it’s been about dropping weight and building a leaner, healthier physique.
For others, it’s been about strength, confidence, and sticking to routines week after week.
The physical changes matter: Shedding fat, adding muscle, moving better.
But the biggest shift happens in the mindset.
Learning to trust yourself to follow through.
Backing yourself when it gets tough.
Proving you can stay consistent.
That’s the part I’m most proud of.
Not just the progress in the gym, but the growth that carries into everyday life.
If you’re ready to build a lean, healthy physique while working on the best version of yourself, send me a DM with ‘360’ and I’ll share the details about my 1:1 online coaching
“Difficulties are what show men’s character… So when a hard task confronts you, remember: God, like a trainer, matched you with a tough opponent.” Epictetus
Training when you’re sore
Showing up when motivation’s gone
Pushing through when it gets uncomfortable…
That’s when your real character steps in
Every challenge in life is a test
It’s not always supposed to be easy
It’s supposed to grow you
Getting into this shape over 12 weeks meant giving up a lot… but what I gained in discipline and self-respect was worth even more
Thanks to everyone’s support in this process 🙏🏽
Massive thanks to @ahmadrabus who’s been there from day one in the preparations ☝🏽
Let’s see what’s next 👀

It’s easy to be harsh
…with yourself
Notice how you speak to yourself
Would you accept that tone from anyone else?
Don’t force positivity. Just be fair
I catch myself being way too hard sometimes
“I’m not doing well enough”…
Let me change that to “I’ve been off track… what’s next?”
Same situation, better response
Progress over perfection is what I’m trying to remind myself of 👊🏽
Sheku’s been part of Team Stronger from day one ☝🏽
He came in already in good shape. What kept him there was the community.
The Saturday sessions are tough, but they’re fun.
That balance makes it easier to keep showing up and staying consistent.
Alongside that, he’s been working 1:1 with @trainerobi to keep things moving in the right direction.
Over time he’s leaned out, got stronger, and kept it sustainable without doing anything extreme.
That’s what Team Stronger is about.
Good people, strong connections, and consistency over time.

One of those weekends that fills your cup ☕️
Friday at @slevenfitness joining the @gymsyncuk competition … one of those workouts that looked simple on paper… and then quickly gets quite nasty
Saturday out in nature with @teamstronger_uk@philnayna_coaching was leading exercises along the way with focus on mindfulness and mindset 🧠
Good conversations, good energy, exactly what was needed!
Finished it off with a burger and a couple of drinks with mates
Monday, let’s have it!
Throwback to last year’s 12-week prep for a natural men’s physique show.
Probably the leanest I’ve ever been… a level of condition I’m proud of
it came at a cost though
Energy low, social life took a hit and everything had to be dialled in to the extreme
Wouldn’t necessarily recommend going that far for most people…
but I learned a lot about discipline, structure, and myself in the process.
And that part was worth it
