Back in may last year I tore my ACL in my right knee during a dance performance. This not being my first knee surgery rodeo, I felt a lot of shame and a whole lot of frustration. Another 9-12 months of knee rehabilitation felt like forever. But 6 months have passed and I’ve been working very very hard under the guidance of Michael de Levie @thekneeclub Now I’m slowly getting back to dancing and teaching and trusting the body again 🩵
