🔥 It came, it saw, it conquered 🔥
The mighty
@leviathanpits 🤘
Been wanting to cook on this ever since it arrived and also been wanting to link up with the lovely guys at
@cutthemustardbbq for ages so smashed both in the same day.
We opened our doors and just allowed people to follow their noses and see what we’re all about.
We went for the flatiron top blade and dino ribs from
@idevour.meat and
@cutthemustardbbq brought one of their signature beef shins along with some very tasty salts they’re working on. The shin fell apart, the broth was beefy goodness and the combo with the salt was pure 🔥.
Felt like we could’ve stayed chatting to Indi & Andy all night as they’re such warm, genuine people. Thanks so much for making the trip.
We cooked a load of other stuff but we ended up talking to all the lovely people who came to see us and not getting any other footage. Oh, and because my eldest needed to watch Minecraft build tutorials on YouTube 😂.
Really nice for
@certifiedbyjay_ to stop by and chat about his new venture. Exciting stuff happening with him too so keep an eye out. Anyone who’s met him knows he puts everything into what he does.
Thanks to Travis for helping out, keeping track of the fires and avoiding the washing up 😁.
Here’s to a jam packed season of good food, good people and fun times 🤘.
If you’re ever at
@scottsofsouthendgardencentre and you can smell smoke, it’s usually us 😶🌫️. If we’re not hosting a class, come say hi.
Remember, anyone who comes to a class gets 10% off from Marc
@scottsbackyard and anyone that buys a BBQ from
@scottsbackyard gets 10% off a class (codes pending).
Classes available on the website, link in bio.
