@_eurocine_ 2026 in Budapest delivered, and being there alongside so many brilliant minds from across the European screen industry reminded us exactly why this work matters.
Our founder, Zsofia, joined the Procurement & Supply Chains panel on Saturday moderated by Birgit Heidsiek – @greenfilmshooting , alongside panellists Akos Horvath – Dark Actical, Jaime Razkin, Maya Wallis Echeverri and Alex Cheesman – @picturezero .
We got into the real nitty-gritty of what "sustainable production" actually looks like at the supply chain level, from LED manufacturing standards to the EU's Industrial Accelerator Act and what it means for how productions buy their kit.

A bit late posting this, but two weeks ago @flodo_thompson attended the “Hybrid Power Workshop” hosted by @locationoneuk and what an important conversation for the industry. ♻️🎬
The session explored hybridising generators on shoots, battery solutions currently on the market, and the wider transition suppliers are making towards cleaner power systems. It was incredibly encouraging to see such a practical, hands-on approach to sustainable production infrastructure.
A huge thank you to Steve Knight and Mark Carter for leading such an insightful workshop and demonstrating the technologies helping drive this shift forward.
