______
Working internationally with companies including Nederlands Dans Theater, Royal Swedish Ballet, and RUBBERBAND Dance Group, and alongside choreographers such as Crystal Pite, Hofesh Shechter, and Marcos Morau, Lea’s practice moves between visceral and poetic worlds.
where movement unfolds in layers, extending beyond the body into something more fluid, more elusive. where simple gestures become textured.
For Motion Lab, Lea shares improvisation tools that open space to meet movement as continuously transforming—yet grounded.

Some of the Wildflowers, last summer @ndtdance . From the first hours together, working with spontaneous narratives sourced from our play. Capturing a beginning spirit that defined this creation together <3
From a long winter touching Montpellier, Porto, & travels across the Netherlands. The months behind coated in heavy blanket. And the light and guidepost of being, seeing, listening — beneath the surface.

Last performance on tour of ‘I see you see me’ tonight in Haarlem @schuurhaarlem .
So grateful to have shared this world with audiences across the Netherlands these months.
Always gifts of time & discovery next to @dikkhaus .
Thank you @korzotheater for arranging this tour, @2_hoang_ for sharing the evening, to all the theaters for allowing us to perform our work, and to our audiences for coming to the theater!
Short sessions of quick building together, current workshops put into practice, first & only drafts. These little creations, puzzles of tinker fiddle & detail. From February & March at @korzotheater & @cellule_excellence .
