Leaving school for a year. That is what the finals are like for graduates of the bachelor’s programme Dance Artist. Students graduate by working full-time in the field.
Patrick (@patrick_wiel ) joined @poeticdisastersclub , where he encountered many different situations: performing in theatres, churches and museums, meeting many new makers and working closely with an intimate group of people.
The internship taught him how to take ownership over his own work. And he discovered what his ambitions are: “My most important goal is to keep my desire for dancing alive. I want to find my place within the community and I would like to pass my knowledge onto others.”
