Last Sunday, we welcomed some of our favourite people in the city to join us for a very special collaborative evening celebrating community spirit in the city and raising funds for a very special cause. Thank you to everyone who came by and for the fantastic people who took part.
With heartfelt thanks to @the_macallan and @fiskerikajen for their support, and to @abrikos.cph for keeping us fuelled throughout the day.
Together we shone a light on the next generation of hospitality, as well as raising funds for the Hvidovre Sport & Angling Association's sea trout and turbot release programme, working to restore fish populations in Danish waters and support healthier marine ecosytems.
It was such a great night, embodying so much of what we believe in. We may just have to do it again sometime soon!

Thank you again to everyone who joined us for Bonhomie #2. It was so special to share this weekend with so many of our friends from around the world.
Here's a glimpse at some of the beautiful moments from the Guest Chef dinner on day one — a collaborative evening at Kadeau Bornholm with our wonderful and talented friends @willemhiele@amassmo and @juan_luismt_ .
Each chef brought something completely their own to the kitchen — from bold, elemental flavours to delicate and surprising combinations. The dishes were as diverse as they were beautiful, and together they formed a truly unforgettable experience.
To round off the night, we were treated to an exclusive pre release of the @suntorywhisky_hibiki harmony 21 year old, ahead of nationwide release at the end of October.

We are extremely proud to be featured in the groundbreaking exhibition, 'New Nordic: Cuisine, Aesthetics and Place' at the National Museum of Norway in Oslo — a show celebrating not just the food, but also the creativity, craft and design philosophy of the New Nordic movement.
Incredible to see Kadeau Bornholm represented alongside artworks from the likes of Edvard Munch and Olafur Eliasson – as well as amongst some of our friends in the region: @danielberlinrestaurant , @maaemo , @nomacph@magnusfaviken and so many more!
Earlier this month, to celebrate the exhibition and bring a little bit of Bornholm to Oslo, we spent 2 days cooking for visitors to the museum, in a beautiful custom-built outdoor pavilion.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made it happen.

Bonhomie is back! Another guest chef dinner, and another after party filled with delicious food, music and friends.
Guest Chef Dinner: Saturday 6 September 2025
Nicolai and Kyumin will be cooking alongside our dear friends Willem Hiele (Oudenburg), Juan Luis Martínez (Merito, Lima) and Matt Orlando (Amass, Copenhagen). The dinner comprises 14 servings with inclusive drinks pairing.
After-Party: Sunday 7 September 2025 at Kadeau Bornholm
We'll be throwing yet another all-day party with a la carte dishes from Manolis Papoutsakis (Pharaoh, Athens) and Elif & Markus (Zurich), with some cameos from last year too: James Henry (Le Doyenné, St-Vrain), Sertaç Dirik (London) and Esu Lee (Jip, Paris).
Cameron and Missy of Malik Acid (London) and Jessica Tan from Stoke (Berlin) will be taking care of the drinks with the House of Suntory – with a welcome return from Krishan (London) making sure there's plenty of good music to keep the night rolling along – this time he'll be joined by Castro of Sound Metaphors in Berlin!
Bonhomie #2 is two events over two days, and can be booked separately.
