Bornholm is slowly waking up.
The light is returning, and the landscape is shifting back to green.

Dunes Restaurant & Beach Camp is open 18 June–30 August. Dinner reservations are available Wednesday–Sunday. Breakfast and lunch are served daily on a walk-in basis.
Mondays and Tuesdays will continue to feature our popular burger nights and guest chef pop-ups. We’ll announce these exciting collaborations here on Instagram.

Restaurant Dunes is looking for Front of House team members to join us at our relaxed beachside restaurant on Bornholm.
We’re searching for people who thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and who genuinely enjoy creating warm, memorable guest experiences. Busy services, and great energy — that’s what summer at Dunes is about.
An interest in wine is a plus, but personality, curiosity, and the right attitude matter just as much.
Working period:
1 June until the end of August

Restaurant Dunes is looking for an experienced and confident Head Chef to lead our kitchen this summer on Bornholm.
We’re on the lookout for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun and ambitious environment – and who is ready to take ownership of both the food and the team.
Responsibilities include:
– Overall kitchen leadership
– Working alongside the Kadeau team in developing menus
– Managing orders and suppliers
– Leading and developing a small team
Previous leadership experience is preferred, but enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility count just as much.

The position runs from 1 June until 30 August 2026 on Bornholm.

Our beach camp is available for corporate private hire during this year's Folkemødet.
Over the last years, we have been proud to host @round.dk but since they are no longer taking part in Folkemødet 2026, the opportunity has arisen for another like-minded company to take over the beach camp.
