Almost 3 years ago, I was prevented from contesting the @scnca Masters Criterium Championship because I was nearly killed in a hit-and-run two days earlier. It has been a long road back, but thanks to the support of my amazing family and team, today we got to stand on top of the box for my first criterium “state” title. While I have won in the road race and TTT in the past, I’m a crit dawg at heart. This was the one I really wanted. Thank you to the team for believing in me enough to offer to race for me today. @shockwavecycling has punched well above its weight in its first season!
Thank you to our wonderful sponsors!

That’s a wrap on my favorite SIR Annual Meeting yet! Been coming every year since 2012, but Toronto was something special. Awesome to share the experience with some amazing trainees and colleagues from @lomalindauniv . Can’t wait till next year! #sir26tor
Happy 40th birthday to my partner for life and soulmate @mother_of_boys_and_beasts ! Twenty five years together sharing birthdays, raising children, adventures, joy, laughter and friendship. My love for you grows deeper by the moment. Always and forever! Xoxo
This week in Oro Valley, AZ, we had the privilege of riding the Project Echelon Fondo surrounded by veterans, community members, and some seriously fast pro legs.
Project Echelon is more than a UCI pro cycling team it’s a mission to Educate, Equip, and Empower veterans through endurance sport and community. That purpose is something we’re proud to align with.
Between the VOS and TBC Race, Arizona gave us everything from desert roads, stacked fields, and a cycling community that showed up in a big way.
We came for the racing.
We left reminded why we ride.
Grateful for the miles. Grateful for the mission.

That was one of, if not the best concerts I’ve ever attended. Absolute ripper, start to finish, and floor seats at the legendary LA Forum was icing on the cake. Took me back to middle/high school for a few hours. Glad I was able to share it with my family. Punk rock will never die!
