This new Mediterranean spot might already have one of our favorite desserts in the city 👀 We checked out @kushbysaba in Union Square and loved everything from the pink-and-gold interior to the backstory! One of my favorite parts about catering is creating custom menus that feel thoughtful, exciting, and completely unique to each client — and this weekend’s menu was exactly that. This was easily one of the most beautiful spreads we’ve put together to date. Guests started with an abundant @kushbysaba mezze display featuring @aussiebeeflamb @aussieselect lamb charcuterie, house-made dips, sauces, jams, crackers, fresh fruit, and all the little details that make a grazing table feel special. Every bite was designed to complement the next, and the final result was just incredible. Flavorful, colorful, abundant, and the perfect way to bring people together.
