Listen, some things just have God written all over it. I found something new at @wegmans & I had to share! It’s this @aussieselect Sliced Lamb Charcuterie in the deli section and look at these flavors: tikka masala, pastrami, agave rosemary. I grabbed a couple packs to try and made the cutest little snack plate using the agave rosemary, pickles, cheese, soft boiled egg w/ chili garlic, organic blackberries, roasted red peppers & a drizzle of hot honey. Like…tell me this isn’t the perfect girl dinner? You could easily do this on a board, in a sandwich or wrap, whatever vibe. Also, LOVE that they are halal and woman owned! If you’re at Wegman’s check the deli/charcuterie section and give them a try! Ok, let me go watch some TV and enjoy my little snack plate. 😋
