Star Trek Picard: Season 3 ep 6 TNG holds a very special place in my heart. I grew up on this show. These characters were my heroes. When I started working in tv/film, never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd get to work on a Star Trek series, let alone with the original TNG cast. And then came Picard. My nerd heart was so thrilled to get to be a tiny part of the Star Trek Universe and make this piece for a literal icon of my childhood. Thank you @maxhair706 for letting me help bring this version of the character to life. And thank you @brentjspiner for being a wonderful human (and android). If you have any love for Star Trek, watch season 3 of Picard. It is perfect.

Had the BEST time visiting Madison at @bellebrookstables this holiday break! We got to play with Garth the Cabybara, Winnie the Kinkajou, Dundee the Wallaby and Snickers the Coatimundi! Last year, we got to play with Dundee, and they keep expanding and getting more fun critters every time we visit. Can't wait to see what next year brings for them!

Colorado has always had my heart

Olive has been my constant companion through so very many life changes over the last 10 years. She's my cuddlebug, my goofball, and my heart. 3rd Annual Sampson Staky Food & Wine Festival Cheers to good friends, fantastic food, and delicious wine! What a lovely way to kick off summer.

-Top Chef FYC- Of all the fun events we are lucky enough to attend, this one is my very favorite. There is a panel with the judges, showrunner, and casting, followed by 6 of the current cheftestants each serving a dish they won a challenge with this season. It is so special to get to try something you've watched be created on television from conception to plate to critique. Cesar's pickle tarte?! ABSOLUTELY INSANE. - I've watched this show religiously since it began 22 seasons ago. Honestly, it's a cornerstone of my whole personality. 14 year old Kristy knew nothing about cooking or fine dining. Top Chef opened up a whole world of culinary skills, restaurants, and culture. When I left for college, I started seeking out all the top cheftestant restaurants I could find. 18 year old Kristy didn't have a ton of money, but she DID know that @stephanieizard was from Chicago and that she HAD to go to her restaurant. Every time I travel, I see which chefs have a restaurant in that area....I've now been to over 50 of them. Top Chef made me the foodie that I am today. So cheers to @bravotopchef : For 22 seasons of amazing television, and for creating an entire generation of millennial foodies. I hope you win all the Emmys.

Machu Picchu - A truly breathtaking experience

@nurturedbynatureotters also has CAPYBARAS! And sloths, and armadillos, and lemurs, and foxes, and SO MANY other wonderful critters to meet and learn about. What a truly awesome place!

My otter-half @willtsampson and I had the BEST time at @nurturedbynatureotters Playing with these adorable goofballs was such a wonderful, joyful way to spend a day!
